A rash of violent attacks and murders in the city of brotherly love has left its residents on edge, labeling it as one of the most dangerous cities in America.From vigils to heavy police vigilance, nothing seems to be able to stop the growing wave of violence in Philadelphia. But underneath the mask of urban violence hides a more sinister truth to the cause, sending the city into a bloody turmoil.

Zach (Dartanian Sloan) tries to make his murder film, but the Ex-Deputy (James Ransone) interrupts him and makes a run for it with Courtney (Shannyn Sossamon) and Dylan (Robert Daniel Sloan).

Citadel director Ciarn Foy takes the helm for this horror sequel penned by original Sinister screenwriter C. Robert Cargill in collaboration with Scott Derrickson (who relinquished directorial duties to focus on writing and producing here).
